NEW RESERVATION POLICY FOR 2012

Campsites: 1 night's deposit due at time of reservation. Deposit may be made by credit card or within 5 days of reservation by cash or check.

Cabins: First night deposit at time of reservation, 3 night Holidays require a 2 night deposit, credit cards only. Reservations made with cash or check for cabins must be paid in full at time of reservation.

Please read cancellation policy below closely before making your deposit, we will not be harassed should you need to cancel, cancellations hurt everybody. Rescheduling is offered to avoid any loss to you!

-Outside of 72 hours, refund of deposit minus $10 processing fee, or may reschedule without charge within 24 hours of cancellation for current season only.

-Inside of 72 hours, no refund will be given. May reschedule within 24 hours of cancellation for current season only. NO REFUND NO RESCHEDULE FOR HOLIDAY WEEKENDS OR SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS! 2cnd Night Deposit required for Reschedule!

All re-booking offers/deposits are forfeited after 24 hours of cancellation.

Cabins:

-Outside of 30 days, refund of deposit minus $10 processing fee.

-Outside of 7 days, 50% of depositreturned.

-Inside of 7 days NO REFUND. Charges may be avoided by choosing credit voucher in the amount of deposit to be used on a future visit up to a year. NO CREDIT VOUCHER NO REFUND FOR HOLIDAY & SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS!

Because there are only 3 cabins available at camp we must stand by our cancellation policy, we apologize for any inconvenience that might be caused to you should you need to cancel.

Value season (prior to May 25h and after Oct 7th)

& Weekdays (all season excluding holidays)

The weekend of 8/24-25 is also a value weekend for 2012!

Full Hookup- $21/night $22.15/night w tax

High season (Weekends & Holidays)

2 night minimum weekends, holidays may have 3day

Electric only- $26/night 27.43/night w/tax

Full Hookup- $33/night 34.82/night w/tax

5 persons/site, $5.00 each additional person

Stay 5 night, pay for 4 (must notify ahead of time)

Check in 2 p.m. , Checkout 1 p.m.

Word of advice pertaining to our electric only section: Our primitive section is a favorite place to stay for many large groups of campers that are here on canoeing & tubing outings mainly weekends during the months of June, July & Aug. Although we do not enforce a quiet time at our camp, we do expect courtesy & respect of fellow campers, but because of the size of these groups, some campers, especially those with small children or noise sensitivity may find that camping along side of these younger folks not to be of their liking. Primitive sites are partially secluded and at this time we do not offer fully secluded sites. For a quieter tent camping experience at our camp please consider a weekday or off season time for primitive camping.
